Terrence has held both strategic and tactical roles including from Senior Vice President of Training and Development and Corporate Director of Learning. Over the last 25 years Terrence has personally trained and equipped over 42,000 people on five continents and has contributed to six books in Learning and Leadership Development.

Terrence currently resides in Chicago, Illinois where he is the Managing Director at the PerformanceMaker Group.
